大正時代のケヤキの本棚です。ケヤキの木目が美しく、リビングや寝室に置いても存在感のある逸品です。
背板はべニアですが、当時は高級品。
さすがに経年による傷等ありますが、歳月を経た古色の雰囲気が、堂々としております。

This is a zelkova bookshelf from the Taisho era. The grain of the zelkova wood is beautiful making it a masterpiece that will make a statement even when placed in your living room or bedroom.
The back board is made of plywood which was a high-class item at the time.
There are some scratches due to age but it has an old and dignified atmosphere.
